So where was the photo taken?

The photo was taken at the Visitor's Center of Laguna Atascosa NWR, a South Texas location where Long-billed Thrasher certainly would be the expected species, but Brown Thrasher cannot be precluded. The photographer did not identify the bird from other evidence, so it would seem we only have the photo to go by.
